Orders and Shipping

We process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number.

Is it safe to buy from this store?

Yes. Our store runs on Shopify, and all payments are processed through a secure, encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all of Peru. The cost and delivery time depend on your city and are calculated at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds, but we do accept size exchanges within 2 days of receiving your garment. It must be unworn, unwashed, and have all its tags attached. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange. Write to us at lonelyshadow.merch@gmail.com to request it.
